Services Here is a selection of services I offer. All services can be offered in-salon or mobile. Cutting From a fringe trim to a fade; a wet/dry cut or a wash, cut and blow-dry and anything else in between. Just select the cut you want! I am a fully qualified hairdresser and barber, so no matter what style you want, I can help! highlights & Balayage highlights lift fine sections of hair from root to tip for bright dimensional colour. from soft and natural, to bold and blonde, they add instant brightness and contrast. choose between a full head, 1/2 head or 1/4 head. for specific shades, don't forget to add a toner to the service! balayage is a freehand, blended colour technique that creates soft, sun-kissed lightness. it is low-maintenance, seamless and grows out beautifully for that effortless, lived-in look. not sure which to book? drop me a message and book a consultation. inspo pics are always useful so I can visualise your idea, but not essential. hair health hair integrity is always a focus with every client. I offer hair treatments which are available as bespoke standalone treatments, such as glossing and masks; to also having olaplex/k18 added to any service as well. colour Whether you are looking for your roots to be covered, or your whole head this is the service for you. Price depends on hair length and thickness. **Free consultation and patch test is required for first time customers at least 48 hours before appointment. hair extensions using double drawn, remy hair from Remi cachet, I offer hair extensions to add length and/or volume to your hair. the hair itself is ethically sourced and excellent quality. with a large selection of shades available, you can expect a seamless blend! I offer the following methods currently: nano/micro bonds tapes *please note hair must be paid for in advance of service at time of consultation before fitting can go ahead, Keratin Smoothing treatments if you are looking for beautifully straight, shiny, soft and healthy-looking hair, then this is the service for you. each treatment lasts up to 3-4 months with personal aftercare advice given. cancellation & Refund policy At Wattstyle, your appointment time is reserved just for you. to help keep my schedule running smoothly and give every client the best experience, I ask that you follow the below policy: Cancellations: * I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. *cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge of the booked service. *no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. late arrivals: please arrive on time for your appointment. if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. this will always be a last resort. deposits: some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. *these are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for no-shows inline with the above policy. *your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is given. refunds: *I do not offer refunds for completed services, *if, in the rare event that you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 7 days, and I will arrange a complimentary adjustment as soon as is mutually convenient. patch tests: for certain services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled. mobile client travel policy: to ensure I can offer a smooth and reliable mobile service, please review my travel guidelines before booking: travel distance: I will offer services with no travel fee for appointments within a 5 mile radius of bs50ts. travel outside of this radius may incur an additional travel fee. parking: please advise if there are parking restrictions at your property. any parking charges may be added to your appointment. access: if I cannot access your property and have to cancel your appointment, it may be treated as a cancellation inline with the above policy. delays: if I am delayed, I will let you know as soon as I am safely able to. **Wattstyle reserves the right to apply any of these policies where applicable at my discretion. by booking an appointment, clients agree to the terms.**

Simon trevor Hello I’m Simon, and I am the founder of wattstyle hair & barbering. I waited until I was in my mid-30’s to become a hairdresser & barber. My original career path had me heading off to medical school; realising this wasn’t for me and moving on to accountancy; retail management; an area manager in the weight loss sector, with a few other jobs in between. I always felt a little lost and that I wasn’t being true to myself. One thing I realised was that Each job had one consistent theme: human interaction. Deep down I knew I always wanted to be a hairdresser, but I didn’t want to admit it through fear; fear of failure, of being my authentic self and falling flat on my face. However, something changed inside me when I turned 36. I couldn’t specifically say why, but the stars all aligned for me, and I felt an inner confidence, deciding not to let my doubts hold me back anymore. That bold decision was the best I have ever made (besides getting my dog, Trevor). On my first day at college, I knew I had found what I was meant to do all along. A whole new creative world was opening up in front of me, and before I had even cut my first client’s hair, I had designed my future salon in my head. Yes, the bright pink chairs may not be here, and the name may have undergone a few changes; but the one thing that remained constant was the way I wanted people to feel after they left my salon. I wanted to create an inclusive, safe space where individuality is not only encouraged but celebrated. The philosophy is simple: “be you, boldly”. Once I had qualified as both a hairdresser and barber, I could not see the logic behind gender-based pricing. There is no distinction in hair between genders. The barbering skill is a very different one to hairdressing for sure, and historically the skill was aimed at men. However here at Wattstyle, anything goes. Whatever style you want, you will be charged based on the skill involved and your hair type, not your gender. I am a proud dog dad to my Frenchie, Trevor, so expect to hear plenty of stories and see lots of pictures if you mention his name (before I do!). animal welfare is of great importance to me, My love of animals has inspired how I choose to run my business. I have ensured that all of the products i use are Cruelty free (& vegan, where possible) with no compromise to quality. i also aim to use, where possible, products that are sustainably sourced with minimal environmental damage and a low carbon footprint. . I have learned that happiness is the true key to beauty and being unapologetically yourself always. Everything else is just the icing on the cake. So, with that in mind, I welcome you to wattstyle: whatever your idea of beauty is, I hope you find it here.
